Wadestown School-Blocks A, C, D, D2, G, L Roofing- RFT

Wadestown School has identified significant roofing renewal needs across its Weld Street and Rose Street sites, following recommendations in the school’s 10-Year Property Plan. The existing roofs include ageing metal, translucent and membrane roofing, with known issues including leaks, deteriorated flashings, weatherboards, skylights, gutters and associated timber elements. The remedial project has been developed to improve weathertightness, durability and ongoing building performance across multiple Blocks. The works are being delivered as a staged school property project, with some elements requiring building consent and careful coordination around school operations and holiday period outcomes.
