(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic portfolio assessment and future investment strategy service. – The consultant will conduct a comprehensive strategic assessment including:A. Landscape and Data Analysis:• Analyze national data on women’s representation across graduate degrees and professional career fields (e.g., STEM subfields, economics, public policy, AI, business, climate science, etc.) using an intersectional framework that examines variation by race/ethnicity, socioeconomic status, geographic location and disability status to Identify graduate disciplines and professional career fields.• Review and evaluate existing data on graduate degree programs, certificate programs, professional education and other workforce preparation pathways that prepare individuals for careers in the identified priority fields.B. Policy & Access Landscape:• Conduct a targeted scan of current and emerging policy and structural conditions that may affect women's ability to access, persist in, or advance through the priority fields identified.C. Portfolio Assessment• Evaluate alignment between Organization’s current fellowships and grants programming and areas of greatest need and impact, as determined in the landscape and data analysis.D. Donor and Philanthropic Market Analysis• Assess trends in current and prospective, individual and institutional donor interestrelated to:o Higher educationo Gender equity, and diversity, equity and inclusion more broadlyo Workforce developmento Specific high–growth or high–visibility fieldsE. Strategic Recommendations:• Provide clear, prioritized recommendations that identify graduate disciplines, educational pathways and professional career fields that represent the strongest opportunities for future Organization investment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
