(1) Vendor needs to provide capable of delivering reliable, cost–effective internet and hosted VoIP services while obtaining competitive pricing and technical solutions to the government authority located in Lufkin, TX.– Internet Services: – • Business–class internet service to all locations• A minimum bandwidth of 100 Mbps at each location, or the highest available speed where 100 Mbps is not available• Unlimited data usage with no throttling or data caps• Service availability (uptime) of at least 99.9%, excluding scheduled maintenance• Proactive monitoring of internet services– Voice Over Ip (Voip) Services: –• Local and domestic long–distance calling• Voicemail with voicemail–to–email capability• Call transfer, call forwarding, call hold, conference calling, caller ID, and call park• Web–based administrative portal for system administration• Support for at least 50 concurrent telephone calls• Ability to accommodate future growth without replacement of the core system– Technical Support: – • Help desk support during normal business hours• Emergency support for service outages• Escalation procedures• Preventive maintenance and software updates as needed• A designated account representative(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
