(1) Vendor needs to provide 24x7x365 crisis call center services for residents of region through telephone, text, and web–based chat.• Services shall support suicide prevention, crisis assessment, de–escalation, referral, linkage, and real–time coordination with the regional crisis continuum.• Services shall include immediate crisis intervention, de–escalation, supportive listening, safety planning, referral, linkage, and access to local and regional resources.• Calls shall not be routed to voicemail during required operating periods.• Provide real–time coordination of crisis care, including dispatch or mobilization of mobile crisis resources when within the contractor’s assigned responsibilities and coordination with the regional crisis hub and other partners.• Support crisis–prevention communication and information resources, including suicide–prevention information, warning signs, community resources, risk and protective factors, and other relevant behavioral health crisis information as directed by region.• The crisis call center will operate as part of that continuum and will coordinate with boards, the regional crisis hub, mobile crisis providers, emergency services, hospitals, 911/emergency communications centers, law enforcement and other community partners as appropriate.• Services must be provided to the residents of all counties and localities within region and will include a website, internet–based communications including chat capabilities, a telephone hotline, as well as text hotline capabilities.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 02, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
