The project involves selective demolition, new finishes, ceiling upgrades, ADA improvements, and coordinated HVAC, electrical, lighting, data, and fire alarm modifications. Refer to the Project Manual and Drawings for a complete statement of the specifications and requirements. Project to be ready to a point of final completion, including punch list items by March 21, 2027 Project to be awarded as a single contract for “Project as a Whole” Performance and public works bonds required.
