(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic monitoring equipment and offender monitoring services to the government authority located in Greeley, CO. – Provide flexible programs for equipment and monitoring services.– Provide a fully turnkey solution and assume responsibility for all costs associated with implementation and operation of the proposed equipment, systems, and services.– Provide customer support on a twenty–four–hour, seven day per week basis, including being able to receive and respond to phone calls and emails, as mutually agreed by the parties.– Initial and ongoing training offered for electronic monitoring software and hardware.– Provide ongoing technical support, including diagnosing system issues, determining proper solutions, and implementing corrective actions.– Real time monitoring, recording, storage, and retrieval of offender compliance data. systems must be capable of generating alerts for tampering, inclusion or exclusion zone violations, and schedule deviations.– Includes, equipment, procurement, installation, configuration, maintenance, ongoing day–to–day service, operations and all necessary training.– County funded leased use of electronic monitoring equipment for work release program.– Offender–funded electronic monitoring or in–home detention program.– County and defendant funded electronic monitoring for pretrial services program.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
