(1) Vendor needs to provide downtown holiday lighting program service to the government authority located in Hillsboro, OR. • Implement an enhanced, destination–focused winter holiday lighting program in downtown and the downtown cultural arts district. • Create a coordinated seasonal display that contributes to downtown activation and enhances the appearance of designated buildings, awnings, trees, public facilities, and other identified locations• Be appropriate for the building, awning, tree, pergola, or other installation location;• Be suitable for outdoor seasonal use;• Be complete and operational when installed;• Provide a consistent and visually coordinated appearance within each installation area.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
