(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic framework master plan service.– The Plan is not intended to inform large capital projects for new developedparks, but focus on overall system improvements such as lighting, signage, habitat restoration, and trail identification/maintenance.– Project Management: This task includes creating and maintaining a project schedule, facilitating meetings, coordinating with stakeholders, and completing administrative needs on the project.– Stakeholder Engagement: This task includes engaging various stakeholders to define an overview of park priorities, potential system improvements, and best management practices.– Consultant shall create public outreach materials, facilitate meetings, conduct surveys, and capture feedback for use in informing the final Plan.– Dry Canyon Management Plan– Fire Mitigationi. Establish initial and routine maintenance practices consistent with fire safetyrecommendations.ii. Establish post–fire restoration recommendations.b. Maintenance of Natural/Undeveloped Areas:i. Recommend a maintenance plan that is consistent with the priorities established forthe Dry Canyon, including fire–wise considerations, weed control, trail maintenance,habitat protection and restoration.ii. Develop a map of developed spaces versus undeveloped/natural areas.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
