CSE-23868 - USA (Perth Amboy, New Jersey) - Security Officer Services - Deadline June 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security officer services to the government authority located in Perth Amboy, NJ. – One security officer shall be stationed at the Main Security Desk located at the front entrance. The second security officer shall patrol the facility on foot both inside and outside the complex.– Security officers shall rotate the duties on an hourly basis. The duties of security shall include, but not be limited to::• Monitor all video cameras. These cameras show entrance ways, parking lots, stair wells, etc.• Monitor lobby to ensure persons entering the facility have an appointment• Direct clients to the proper floor or office location as needed.• Security shall ensure the rear entrance door remains closed throughout the day and evening• All persons (except employees) shall be required to stop and check–in with security at the front desk.• All fire exit doors are alarmed and are locked and cannot be accessed from the outside. If opened from the inside an alarm will sound. This alarm is located directly in the front lobby area.• Security officers shall be responsible for closing the facility at the end of each business day.• Staff attendance sheets shall be placed on the security counter for next working day.• Security shall be responsible for any and all security related issues that may arise in or outside facility grounds.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Non–Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on June 22, 2026.
