(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic research administration software. • Agency seeking an enterprise system that encompasses the full life cycle of proposal development, including system–to–system submission, award management and reporting.• Implement a new enterprise research administration (ERA) solution, to be deployed across all four institutions simultaneously.• This system will serve as the administrative system for pre–award, award receipt and negotiation, post–award non–financial management, and end–user (investigator) high–level reporting.• Reduce administrative burden for investigators and staff• Allow for standardization of sponsored project activities through a single, intuitive, user–friendly ERA system• Promote a culture of collaboration through a robust system that allows continuous access to records by multiple users (both staff and researchers)• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations through transparent and integrated modules that are secure• Provide exceptional customer service with demonstrated increases in both quantity and quality of proposals developed and submitted(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
