(1) Vendor needs to provide decal and vehicle registration envelopes service to the government authority located in Street Grand Rapids, MI.• Elongated Flap is 1–1/2“ deep and runs full length of the envelope with a 55 degree corner cut at each end of the flap. Flap is to have 1/2“ glue strip.• LEFT WINDOW TO BE 1“ WIDE X 1–1/2“ HIGH : AND LOCATED 1–3/4“ FROM THE LEFT EDGE AND 3/4“ FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE ENVELOPE. – A POCKET IS TO BE FORMED BEHIND THIS WINDOW WITH GLUE  STRIPS, 1/2“ FROM THE LEFT OF THE WINDOW, 1/8“ FROM THE RIGHT OF THE WINDOW AND 1/4“ BELOW THE BOTTOM OF THE WINDOW.  (2) The contract period will be for one year.
