(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural services to the government authority located in Brownsville, TX. – Construction Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications. Review and rank solicitations with the BISD Administration if necessary.– Review of all submittals, RFis, and all other related documents.– Schedule and attend preconstruction conference and all weekly construction team meetings, Reporting:– Weekly updates – review status and provide written updates to the construction project manager.– Report forms – the content and format of all forms to be used in the report shall meet or exceed the requirements noted in the project manual. – Prior to commencing onsite work, the consultant shall furnish one copy of each type of reporting form to be used in the Final report for the Owner to review and approve.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
