(1) Vendor needs to provide state legislative and governmental relations services. • Provide state legislative and governmental relations services during the 2027–2028 legislative session.• Assist the city in advancing its legislative priorities, monitoring state legislative and executive branch activities, advising city staff and officials, and representing the city’s interests before the legislature and state government agencies.• Monitor and track legislative proposals, bills, amendments, hearings, executive branch initiatives, administrative actions, and other state government activities that may affect the city• Identify and promptly notify the city of proposed or potential legislative, executive branch, administrative, or budgetary initiatives that may impact the city.• Communicate regularly with staff regarding legislative activities, priorities, strategies, and emerging issues.• Provide timely notification to the city regarding significant legislative or executive branch developments, including matters requiring an immediate response or action.• Coordinate with city staff and other city representatives to ensure consistent messaging and advocacy efforts related to the city’s legislative agenda.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
