(1) Vendor needs to provide PREA audit service to the government authority located in Tarrant, TX. – The Auditor must conduct all audit activities in accordance with the requirements and guidelines set forth in 28 C.F.R. §115.401–405.– The auditor must conduct the onsite portion of the audit at the facility within two to three consecutive business days.– The auditor must use the PREA Audit Instrument.
