Lease for Community Services

On behalf ofour client, BakerRipley (“Tenant”),we are pleased to provide you with a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) #26-26 Leasefor Community Services (as amended from advertisement) for a requirementsupporting the Workforce Solution Career Office. Properties considered in whole, in-part, orindividually. This RFP is intended to provide Tenant with anindication of projected occupancy costs for a property over the leaseterm. Please enter your comments to eachof the following immediately after the “Landlords Response” for each item. The ideal property would include high visibility in a well-maintainedoffice building/campus environment with a minimum of 9,000 square feet and amaximum of 13,000 square feet. Theproperty must be close to public transportation and include a parkingrequirement with a parking ratio of approximately 5 spaces per 1,000 squarefeet. We are looking for space in the followingsubmarket location: East of or adjacent toHighway 6, South of or adjacent to Westheimer Road, West of or adjacent to 610 WestLoop, and North of or adjacent to Beechnut Street Determination for the selected property will bebased on scoring allocated to the tour of the property (45 points), answers tothis attached document and forms (48 points), and cost effectiveness of rentalprice (7 points). We would appreciate receiving your response to this RFP,by electronic format, no later than 10:00 a.m. Central , October 22, 2026, the deadline for initial considerationunder this RFP.
