(1) Vendor needs to provide immigration legal services to the government authority located in Boston, MA.• The legal help desk is a virtual help desk, accessed via phone or online web platform (e.g. zoom, web–ex etc.) through which licensed immigration attorneys provide legal advice, and limited legal assistance.• This may include, without limit, special initiatives, clinics, and additional services needed to address changing needs and meet program objectives.• All legal services provided must be offered at no charge to the clients.• Contractor must provide services to any immigrant in need of legal representation who meets eligibility requirements. Contractor may not impose additional requirements for eligibility for services.• Contractor must provide language translation/interpretation and accessibility services for non–English proficient clients and clients with communication–related disabilities. (2) A pre–bid conference will be held on August 10, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
