(1) Vendor needs to provide audit services to the government authority located in Saint Charles, MO.– Provide review all relevant facility–wide policies, procedures, reposts, internal and external audits, and accreditations. – Review functional test of key systems and operations.– Be permitted to request and receive copies of any relevant documents (including electronically stored information).– Retain and preserve all documentation (including, e.g., video and interview notes) relied upon in making audit determinations.– Privately interview a representative sample of inmates, staff, volunteers, and contractors.– Review a sampling of any available video or other electronically available data (e.g., Watch tour) that may be relevant.– Receive confidential information or correspondence from inmates in the same manner as if they were communication with legal counsel.– Attempt to communicate with community–based or victim advocates who may have insight into relevant conditions in the facility.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
