(1) Vendor needs to provide audio–visual equipment, design, events, and maintenance services to the government authority located in Tacoma, Washington. – Provide professional Audio–Visual (AV) services to support the university’s conference rooms, classrooms, event spaces, and other facilities.– Small–scale AV requests or one–off installations.– Support for meetings or events.– Assessment of existing AV systems.– AV system design and engineering.– Recommendations for equipment and configurations.– Installation and integration of AV equipment including displays, projectors, audio systems.– Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of AV systems.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 18, 2026.
