(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisory and cash management services to the government authority located in Lake Placid, NY.– Review the authority's current cash position, banking relationships, cash flow patterns, and investment policy.– Recommend an investment strategy and target portfolio structure (e.g., laddered maturities, permissible instrument allocation) designed to optimize yield within the Authority's risk tolerance and liquidity needs– Monitor the portfolio on an ongoing basis and rebalance or recommend adjustments asinterest rate conditions, cash flow needs, or Investment Policy requirements change– investment assets shall remain in accounts maintained by an independent qualified custodian designated by the Authority– The advisor shall not serve as custodian of authority assets and shall not have authority to withdraw or transfer funds from authority accounts except as necessary to execute authorized investment transactions in accordance with the investment advisory agreement.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
