(1) Vendor needs to provide programmable outdoor chime and audio system to the government authority located in Lake Park, FL.– Design, furnish, install, program, test, commission, train, and warrant a complete programmable outdoor chime and audio system.– Inspect the proposed controller, amplifier, speaker, and cable–routing locations and identify any concealed or access–related conditions that may affect the work.– Provide WiFi–enabled remote programming and management through a secure, vendor–supported interface.– Provide programmable scheduling for daily, weekly, seasonal, holiday, and special–event operation.– Provide adjustable volume, schedule controls, manual activation or override, system muting, and password–protected administrative access.– Identify software, cloud service, cellular service, subscription, licensing, or support costs, including costs that begin after the initial warranty period.– Provide outdoor–rated cabling, conduit, fittings, junction boxes, grounding, bonding, and surge protection as required for a complete installation.– Program the initial operating schedule, volume settings, user permissions, and agreed chime selections.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
