This Request for Proposal (RFP) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced insurance carrier to provide Accident Insurance, Critical Illness with Cancer Coverage & Hospital Indemnity Insurance to City of Lakeland employees. The successful respondent must have experience working with large (over 2,200 employees) organizations and experience with other large public entities is preferred. This contract may be awarded "all of none" to the most responsive and responsible respondent who is ranked best overall or may be awarded by section to multiple respondents at the city's discretion.
