(1) Vendor needs to provide public sector business office operational services to 1GPA Cooperative Members (Members) on an as–needed basis to the government authority located in Arizona.– Services may supplement a Member’s internal capacity or involve the execution of defined operational functions or deliverables on the Member’s behalf.– The contract is intended for firms assuming responsibility for defined business office functions, processes, or deliverables, rather than merely providing personnel to fill Member positions or providing advice without operational execution.– Services may be provided on a project–specific, recurring, or co–sourced basis, with responsibilities divided between the Member and Contractor.– Procurement and Purchasing Operations– Accounting and Financial Operations– Business Office Administration, Compliance and Records Operations: – – Administrative report preparation, tracking and submission– Benefits and pension administration– Compliance administration and monitoring– Operational documentation and management– Policy and procedure implementation(2) A non–mandatory public bid opening will be held on August 21, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
