(1) Vendor needs to provide residential energy audit services to the government authority located in Winter Park, FL.– Conduct energy audits of residential units and identify potential upgrades to improve energy efficiency for residents.– Upon receipt of a customer audit request and customer usage data provided by the City, a Successful Respondent will schedule an audit with the customer in a timely manner and notify the City of the scheduled audit. – Comparison of annual usage, identifying abnormal usage patterns, possible causes, and potential solutions.– Thermal imaging.– Performing visual inspection of entire home to determine potential upgrades and recommendations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
