(1) Vendor needs to provide technical advisor services to the government authority located in Salt Lake, UT.– Technical Advisor will support the implementation of the higher education grant project to develop a scalable framework that expands and strengthens educational programming in women's correctional facilities nationwide.– Coordinate project implementation by managing trainings, a national symposium, technical assistance, and collaboration among participating higher education in prison programs.– National symposium at these same sites, convening practitioners and incarcerated leaders to share outcomes and strategies for model adaptation and expansion.– Develop work plans and workflows for monthly virtual cohort calls with the three higher education in prison programs selected for the cohort.– Manage technical assistance schedules and coordinate ongoing technical assistant support for cohort programs throughout the implementation period, including real–time problem–solving and cross–site model refinement.– Organize and support in–person site visits to each of the three cohort programs to facilitate cross–site learning and assess implementation progress.– Manage subaward processes for the three cohort programs receiving sub–grants.– Support the development and dissemination of the final report and Student Center toolkit for broader field adoption.– Perform other duties in coordination with Undergraduate Studies, including scheduling, documentation, grant reporting, and project communications.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
