(1) Vendor needs to provide breastfeeding performance improvement project support services to the government authority located in Dover, DE.• Integrate data from state–employed and contracted breastfeeding peer counsellors.• Conduct data validation to assess accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and consistency.• Identify missing data, discrepancies, duplication, or documentation concerns.• Identify trends, strengths, and opportunities for improvement in breastfeeding services.• Assess variation in outcomes across peer counsellor employment models, clinic sites, and service delivery methods.• Executive summary of key findings.• Visual presentation of breastfeeding performance metrics.• Comparison to prior quarters and historical trends.• Identification of emerging issues or risks.• Summary of recommended quality improvement actions.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
