(1) Vendor needs to provide engaging, educating and supporting local communities services to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM.– Business start–up in community:– Offerors shall have extensive knowledge and experience in providing services to fund business incubation, business start–up and entrepreneurial services.– Workforce and leadership development:– Offerors shall have extensive knowledge and experience in providing services for workforce and leadership development for social workers, counselors and psychologists focused on training, mentoring and retaining mental health providers.– Community–based violence intervention and prevention:– Offerors shall have extensive knowledge and experience in providing services for programmatic costs and resources to implement a community–based violence intervention and prevention model that centres peer–led engagement, kinship networking, restorative healing practices and coordinated family support to address gun violence and intimate violence among disproportionately impacted communities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.
