(1) Vendor needs to provide to the government authority located in Normal, IL.• Lead Inspection/Paint Testing: The Contractor shall perform a visual inspection and painttesting of only painted surfaces to be disturbed.• The Contractor shall provide a summary of the findings including location tested, number of samples analyzed, and laboratory results.• Lead Inspection/Risk Assessment: The Contractor shall perform comprehensive inspections andrisk assessments on all interior and exterior surfaces for the purpose of determining thepresence, type, severity, and location of lead–based paint hazards, including lead hazards inpaint, dust, and soil, through the use of, but not limited to, X–Ray Fluorescence (XRF) analysiswith portable analytic instruments, dust wipes (minimum of 3), and the collection of soilsamples (minimum of 3 samples per side) for laboratory analysis.• Risk Assessment Report: The risk assessment report shall document the findings of therisk assessment or inspection, including any inspection or testing of painted surfacesand the collection and analysis of samples for determining the lead content in dust, soil,and/or water.• Summary of Risk Assessment: The Consultant shall prepare an executive summary written in simple, easy to understand English describing the on–site investigation conducted and the results.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
