(1) Vendor needs to provide harvest surveys service to the government authority located in Bismarck, ND. – Provide mail and internet surveys to collect various data for managing fish and wildlife harvest.– Uses both mixed–mode and internet–only survey designs. Mixed–mode designs utilize a combination of email– and mail–based questionnaires.– Email–based questionnaire is delivered to an initial wave of hunters and anglers, and after various reminders over a two–week interval, a printed version of the survey is delivered through the mail in a follow–up wave.– An internet–only survey is identical to a mixed–mode design without a follow–up survey delivered through the mail.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
