(1) Vendor needs to provide payment processing services related rental assistance program to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.– Access landlord and tenant payee information from online platform; – Create vendor files and securely store all payee information – Remit payments to landlords and tenants within five days from when funds ae disbursed from agency; – Remit at minimum five hundred individual payments per week;– Adjust payment amounts as requested by agency;– Notify (landlord) payees by email and text message when payments have been processed, to include the amount of the payment, application ID(s), and tenant information– Create and distribute tax documents for each fiscal year as per IRS requirements;(2) A pre–submission Zoom conference (non–mandatory) had been due on Friday, August 7, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(4) Contact period will be for one year.
