(1) Vendor needs to provide sanitary sewer spot repairs and CCTV inspection services to the government authority located in Los Altos, CA. • Services include to sanitary sewer main and lateral spot repairs and replacement, four–inch lateral pipe bursting, CCTV inspection and associated cleaning, emergency response for blockages and overflows, bypass pumping, utility locating, excavation, traffic control, and surface restoration. • CCTV inspection of sanitary sewer mains and other sewer facilities.• Sanitary sewer main spot repairs.• Sanitary sewer lateral repairs and replacement.• Sanitary sewer main replacement.• Sewer cleaning necessary to perform CCTV inspection.• Testing and post–repair CCTV verification.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on November 12, 2026.
