(1) Vendor needs to provide national peer support service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • National peer support service in the community to augment traditional mental health and substance use disorder treatment for inmates currently participating in community treatment services and to provide reentry peer support for all inmates in community placement. • Delivered via mobile application utilizing tele–support or video–support mechanisms by certified peer support specialists to inmates in community placement on cellular phones, laptops, and tablets.• Proactive support to inmates in community placement;• Support which can effectively extend the reach of treatment beyond the clinical setting;• Identification of risk factors for relapse and recidivism and offer direct support from peer specialists who can help navigate these challenges;• Improvement in mental health and treatment outcomes(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business Set–Aside (FAR 19.5).
