BILLING-3135 - USA (Lebanon, Indiana) - Property Tax Bill Preparation, Printing, Mailing and ENotice Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide property tax bill preparation, printing, mailing and enotice services to the government authority located in Lebanon, IN.• Receive tax billing data from agency tax software system• Prepare tax statements for printing, mailing and emailing• Print tax bills, inserts, notices, envelopes, and related materials• Process and presort mailings• Provide eNotice online services• Deliver mailings to the United States Postal Service (USPS)• Provide electronic proofs and quality assurance reporting• Ensure compliance with all Indiana statutory requirements for property tax billings• Maintain confidentiality and security of taxpayer information.– Data Receipt and Processing• Accept electronic tax billing data files.• Verify data integrity and formatting• Notify the County immediately of any data inconsistencies or file issues• Maintain secure electronic transfer protocols– Printing Services• Print all tax bills using high–speed production equipment• Use high–quality paper stock 8.5 x 11 approved by the County• Ensure accurate alignment and readability• Print inserts and informational notices as requested• Maintain quality control standards throughout production(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026
