(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate brokerage services to the government authority located in Fairhaven, MA.• Act as seller’s agent on behalf of the town.• Assists with marketing and advertising of the properties.• Provide the town with technical assistance, marketing strategy and pricing throughout the process in helping to identify a qualified buyer.• Assist the town with analyzing and negotiation process from buyers.• Work with the town treasurer, town administrator and selectboard to negotiate the sale of properties with buyers.• Assist the town with final disposition of property following selection of a qualified buyer through the final closing transaction.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 05, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
