(1) Vendor needs to provide non–residential domestic violence services to the government authority located in Binghamton, NY. • Provide enhanced and expanded non–residential domestic violence services as defined in 18 NYCRR 462. • TANF Non–Residential Domestic Violence Services Program may include the following programcomponents:• Provide victim–centered, culturally competent, trauma–informed services;provided at locations that ensure the safety of domestic violence survivors receiving services and maintain the confidentiality of their identities.• Support safety and reduce risk;• Promote self–sufficiency• Information and referral;• Counseling and safety planning;• Advocacy;• Language access;• Transportation;• Support groups;• Children’s services(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.
