The Town of New Milford is requesting proposals from qualified professional demolition companies, licensed in the State of Connecticut, for demolition of the powerhouse structure located at Hidden Treasures Park for the Town. A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting shall be held on October 29, 2026 at 10:00 am at Hidden Treasures Park, West St, New Milford, CT. Proposals will be received through the Town’s Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement until 3:30 pm, on November 19, 2026. Late proposals will not be accepted and will be rejected.
