(1) Vendor needs to provide golf course management and maintenance services to the government authority located in Modesto, CA. • Develop and implement a 90–day transition and startup plan• Prepare annual operating budgets and business plans• Tee time management and revenue optimization systems• Pro shop and clubhouse operations (including staffing and customer service)• Food and beverage operations (if applicable and approved)• Golf cart fleet management and driving range operations• Sales, marketing, advertising, and promotional programs• Tournament, league, and special event coordination• Financial management, accounting, budgeting, and reporting• Annual operating budget and business plan• Marketing and revenue enhancement plan with measurable performance metrics• Staffing plan by facility (Creekside and Dryden)• Revenue projections and pricing strategy recommendations• Customer engagement and participation growth plan(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 6, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 27, 2026.
