(1) Vendor needs to provide foster and family support grant program services to the government authority located in FL.– Grant–funded services that expand community capacity to recruit, support, and retain foster, adoptive families and, and kinship caregivers and strengthen supports for families caring for vulnerable children. – Funded services must provide sustained support beyond initial licensure or training and promote placement stability, permanency, family well–being, and improved outcomes for children, consistent.– Benefit prospective foster and adoptive families; foster, adoptive, and relative and nonrelative kinship caregivers; families caring for vulnerable children; families actively fostering, adopting, or pursuing licensure; and organizations, volunteers, caregivers, families, and individuals supporting children in out–of–home care or at risk of entering care.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
