MEDI-8054 - USA (Burkeville, Virginia) - Biomedical Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services - Deadline September 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide biomedical preventative maintenance and repair services to the government authority located in Burkeville, VA.– Provide all labor, travel, shipping and parts for two (2) preventive maintenance visits per year (or per schedule as required by manufacturer) and corrective repairs for biomedical equipment.– The semi–annual preventive maintenance and inspection program will include calibration, functional and operational performance testing per manufacturer’s specifications, and equipment cleaning that results in good sanitary and cosmetic condition. – Inspections and calibrations documentation should include device labels (stickers) that indicate the date or outcome (pass/fail) inspection or calibration information as well as the name of the inspector. – Include an inventory visit where all biomedical equipment shall be inventoried, tagged and assessed for maintenance or repair.– Provide a written report to the hospital of all defects found during initial inspection of all biomedical equipment. – Perform an inventory of all medical equipment to include all shower chairs, wheelchairs, walkers, etc. and install agency supplied asset tags within 30 days of contract award(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
