Hydrologic Computer Support Services

The City of Orlando seeks a Contractor (s) for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hydrologic monitoring stations throughout the City limits. The Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials necessary for a complete control panel, except for all IoT devices, needed to collect and retrieve the data from each Lake. The Contractor shall provi d e all labor, tools, and equipment necessary for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the City’s hydrologic m onitoring stations located throughout the City limits . As part of the Contractor’s responsibility, w ork will include performing line locates, installing mast poles, trenching conduit, secur ing components to pole(s) that can withstand hurricane-force winds along with wiri ng electrical components provided by City of Orlando representatives , removing and the disposal of old equipment and stabilizing old and new area s . The Contractor will also ensure that the station is free from debris, insect damage, water and moisture damage and ensuring that each component is operating optimally . All removal, disposal and installation shall occur w hile the Contractor is operating within the bid award window. The Contractor shall have the capability to service multiple locations, as well as emergency repair requests, at any given time.
