Vendor needs to provide financial education facilitation services to the government authority located in Maryland.• Develop and customize financial literacy curriculum materials and training components to support the needs of program members.• Engaging financial literacy training sessions covering topics such as budgeting, banking, credit, debt management, saving, investing, taxes, insurance, and other financial wellness topics identified by agency.• Schedule training sessions, provide qualified facilitators, and ensure successful delivery of financial literacy programming throughout the contract period.• Provide recommendations for improving the financial literacy program, including identifying publicly available or existing educational resources that could enhance future programming.• Curriculum topics support Members ability to make informed financial decisions, develop healthy financial habits, and successfully transition to employment, education, or advanced training at the conclusion of their service.
