TRANSPORT-12031 - USA (Delray Beach, Florida) - Point-to-Point and Fixed Route Transportation Services - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide point–to–point and fixed route transportation services to the government authority located in Delray Beach, FL.– provide and operate a comprehensive transportation program consisting of point–to–point, on demand mobility services and fixed–route transit services within designated service areas.– provide all vehicles, personnel, technology, operations, maintenance, customer service, management, and reporting necessary to deliver these services in accordance with the requirements set forth.– Point–to–point service shall utilize electric vehicles (EVs) that comply with all applicable federal motor vehicle safety standards and utilize energy–efficient charging infrastructure.– The point–to–point fleet may consist of a combination of EVs, Neighbourhood Electric Vehicles (NEVs), and vehicles, as appropriate based on trip distance, roadway requirements, and the designated service area.– The fixed–route service shall utilize vehicles that comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and safety requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 25, 2026.
