(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive planning and related consulting services to the government authority located in Brownsville, TX. – Provide planning and related consulting services associated with the development of a new comprehensive plan. – Services are anticipated to include planning, public engagement, technical analysis, mapping and GIS support, policy development, implementation planning, and other related professional services necessary to support the project objectives.   • Services:– Project management and coordination.– Review and integration of existing plans, studies, policies, and planning initiatives.– Existing conditions assessments, demographic analysis, and growth trend evaluation.– Land use, transportation, housing, economic development, infrastructure, environmental, and community planning services.– Public outreach, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and community visioning activities.– GIS analysis, mapping, scenario planning, and related geospatial services.– Development of implementation strategies, performance measures, and action–oriented planning recommendations.– Evaluation of development regulations and related policy frameworks.– Preparation of planning documents, reports, maps, presentations, and supporting materials.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026. (3) Virtual pre–bid meeting will be held on July 14, 2026.
