(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic data collection and engineering services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.• Services support the annual traffic count program and evaluations of intersections, roadway segments, school areas, pedestrian crossings, and corridors.• Traffic Data Collection– Transportation data collection areas include, but are not limited to:• Data supporting traffic signal warrant evaluations• Turning movement counts• Vehicle classification using agency Standard 13 classification• Vehicle counts and average daily traffic counts using approved collection methods• Pedestrian counts• Bicycle counts• Roadway data required for safety analysis• Nonintrusive speed studies– Traffic Engineering Studies– Authorized engineering studies may include:• Traffic signal warrant studies• Traffic safety studies• Pedestrian crossing studies• Intersection operations studies• School–area traffic studies• Corridor studies(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026.
