(1) Vendor needs to provide consultant services to the government authority located in Somerville, NJ.– The consultant shall establish and maintain a comprehensive project management structure to ensure timely and compliant execution of all project activities.– The consultant shall design, coordinate, and facilitate a full–day, multi–provider Infectious Disease Symposium to socialize the Sub–Regional Infectious Disease Response Framework developed.– Strengthen infectious disease preparedness and response capacity across participating sub–region member counties through a professionally managed, multi–jurisdictional planning initiative. – Develop an infectious disease framework that supports and complements jurisdiction–specific planning efforts. – Equip the participating jurisdiction with a standardized isolation and quarantine planning template. – Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across sub–region partners through a regional symposium. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
