(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Goldsboro, NC.• The assessment and repair of structural components, specifically the restoration of window and door lintels, repair of concrete–encased beams, and remediation of wall cracking within the Water Treatment Plant facility basins.• Review existing drawings, reports and maps• Conduct field investigations as needed• Prepare bid documents for construction/repair of the facility• Provide Construction Administration/Construction Observation(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
