(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated vehicle platform.– Maintenance and enhancement of its vehicle platform suite of software applications.– The Architecture and Platform Services section offers strategic guidance for modernizing application portfolios, manages platforms that support all the applications, and delivers Identity and Access Management (IAM) services for both current and future applications.– Provide 24x7 production and operational support as well as proactively monitor and optimize the application's performance, reliability, and availability.– Accelerate software delivery for the Integrated Vehicle Platform (IVP) applications by leveraging modern technologies and practices, such as AI–assisted requirements gathering and advanced tools to enhance speed and efficiency in delivering solutions.– Deliver a fully managed program for application maintenance and production support for the IVP solutions to ensure these systems continue to meet evolving business needs and operate at a high level of availability, efficiency, and accuracy.– Provide solution architecture, technology lifecycle management and application portfolio management services that advise IT leaders, guide future planning and investment, and ensure that optimal decisions are made.
