Intent to Sole Source:Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Contracting Department intends to procure Accelerometer, Part Number 631M24, for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF). This will be solicited on a sole source basis to PCB Piezotronics (52681) per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.This requirement will be procured using procedures for acquisition of commercial services under FAR parts 12. It is anticipated that a commercial, Firm Fixed–price Supply Contract will be awarded. Solicitation N4523A–27–Q–4002 will be posted to the sam.gov website on or about Monday, 2 November 2026 with the quotes due on or about Friday, 6 November 2026.All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by NAVSEA.
