CSE-24117 - USA (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) - Security Guard Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security guard services to the government authority located in Oklahoma City, OK.• Provide on–site security guard personnel, mobile patrol, foot patrol, fare enforcement support, and related security services• Security locations, staffing levels, and hours are subject to change based on operational needs• Provide the name of a supervisor and contact numbers accessible 24 hours a day in the event of unusual or emergency situations• Maintain sufficient staffing levels to support routine operations, special events, emergencies, and temporary assignments– Security officers may be responsible for the following duties:• Conducting foot patrols and mobile patrols of facilities and grounds.• Ensuring the safety and security of patrons, employees, contractors, visitors, and transit assets.• Responding to security incidents and emergencies.• Assisting patrons with transit information and customer service.• Compiling incident reports and activity reports.• Maintaining communication via two–way radio or other approved communication devices.• Cooperating fully with local law enforcement officials and agncy employees.• Conducting random security sweeps of transit vehicles, buildings, platforms, grounds, and facilities for suspicious or unattended items.• Reporting suspicious activity, hazardous conditions, vandalism, maintenance concerns, or criminal activity.• Locking and unlocking doors, gates, and secured areas.• Assisting with access control measures and ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.• Escorting employees to and from vehicles or facilities when requested.• Monitoring designated transit facilities and operational areas.• Assisting with crowd management during special events or service disruptions.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 24, 2026
