(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Cortez, CO. • Once a week – after business hours– Sweep and wet mop composition floors. – Vacuum all carpeted floors. Spot clean carpets as needed. – Empty waste baskets and replace liners as needed. – Check outside trash cans daily and replace liners as needed. – Empty ashtrays. – Clean and sanitize restrooms. Fill restroom supplies. – Clean and sanitize drinking fountains. – Clean main entry doors, inside and outside. – Spot clean walls as needed. • Weekly Basis – Dust furniture and windowsills. • Monthly Basis – Clean and sanitize telephones. • Quarterly Basis – Clean interior windows – Clean baseboards (2) Pre–bid walk through will be held on October 12, 2026.
