– Vendor needs to provide traffic data collection and analysis service to the government authority located in Bismarck, ND. – Provide traffic data collection and analysis services to inform the development of the travel demand model in 2027.– Consultant shall determine which locations they plan to count prior to each deployment and shall determine if there are any events, closures or any other activities that may interfere with the counting equipment or may jeopardize the reliability of the counts.– Responsible for safely, accurately, and efficiently collecting 48–hour traffic count data at up to forty designated locations which may consist of intersections or segments.
